It's complicated...

...What an awesome catchphrase and it totally describes my own emotional life, it's quite complicated. I have emotions and lots of them, for lots of people (those people being men). It's simply complicated and thus making it ideal for me to watch the new comedy with Meryl Streep and Alec Baldwin called "It's complicated". It's in the cinema and I am aiming at going to the cinema and watching this movie, alone.

It would be the first time ever in my entire life that I will watch a movie in an cinema solo. It's exciting. I'm even thinking of seeing it tomorrow already. It would be fun and if this movie was indeed a song, it would be the soundtrack of my emotions at the moment. Old habits die hard, they say, and oh, it's so true.

Enough said anyway.

I know that my life hencefort is full of work, it has been for 3 weeks straight lately since I got back from the christmas holiday and I don't see any signs of it slowing down (the pace, I mean).

So I live for the weekends, cause I work during the week. Yesterday I visited an old friend of mine (this friend is an important ingredient in my complicated life, if not making it more so). And today I've spent 6 hours straight with my good friends. They're all guys, I was the only girl there, it was a lot of fun. Guys are fun in one way and girls are fun in an different sort of way. And earlier today I ate some sushi. Life is sweet the days I don't work, the days I do is mostly about work..it consumes me and wears me out. You wouldn't think that 8,5 hours a day would be so straining, but it is. Especially if you work with kids all day. :S

Anyhow, I will resume work next week, so I have to make this last day (Sunday) of freedom count.

And lastly the sexy FBI (BAU) - agent Derek Morgan from the tv-show "Criminal Minds", played by actor Shemar Moore, 39.

Good looking guys. Maybe I should have named this blog poster "my birthday wish list" instead. Cause it's coming up pretty soon. Lol. A girl can only dream. :P

Working sleeping working and so on

My winter holiday is at end since Monday this week. It’s like this work consumes me, the only free time I have to look forward is this weekend, I will work non-stop till then, but maybe one should not complain. Working is fun, although hard, but it also gives you a salary. And plus I love working with kids (the good ones). Lol.

 

Just recently I got the video streaming program Voddler and with that and the music streaming program Spotify, I’m all set for free media streaming. But I still think Voddler could offer better movies, but hey, it’s free! :)

 

So I will be working lots from now on and gosh, I’m quite tired already after a mere 3 work days. Tomorrow I have the early shift, I start at 7 in the morning. That time would be illegal to start working at..hehe. I’m gonna make a proposition about this to the government and I’m expecting an: nay. :P

The only thing that makes me more than tired is this darn coldness, it’s really eating at me and we’re outside with the kids a lot in –14 degrees. Such torment for my poor body.. :(

I hope it will be warmer in Sweden soon, because frankly I’m freezing to death every day. No more snow and no more cold, please.

Year 2010

It's just the beginning of the year and I don't know what to expect. Will there be lots of adventures this year? Lots of goodtimes with friends? Lots of parties? A lot of work? Lots of studies? It's all so new and fresh and this does somehow intimidate me. I don't know what to expect from the new year that lies ahead of me.

There were some alcohol yesterday, yet I do not have an hangover. I am thankful for that. Last time I hung out with L (just a couple days ago) I got a hungover during the actual hangingout part. Hmm..I should be able to handle red wine better than that. Lol. And that evening was truly great. I wish we could hang out like that more often, my friend. It's always good times with you. :)

I'm looking at 2010 and I hope this will be a much better year than 2009, cause honestly, 2009 wasn't a very good year at all.

Merry Christmas!

2 days left before Christmas

Snow!

 

Wow, time moves so quickly. It’s hard to believe that it only remains 2 days before Christmas eve'. I have been cheating though, have already opened 4 gifts already from friends..naughty me. :P

And I have so much things left to do before Christmas..I want to make figurines out of marzipan for once. I’m thinking like: tiny santas, Christmas pigs and such. Maybe I can do that today. Besides planning on baking these goods I also have to decorate, get a Christmas tree and fix the apartment in general, making it prepared for the big day.

I have had such lovely days lately, hanging out with loads of friends, including my dearest friend L. It’s always so much fun to hang out with her. It’s good to know that we have each others backs in good and bad. That if anything defines a very good friend.

Have so many cool pictures to put up to from my fun days. But I dunno where to start really. But I am gonna share some nice pictures from yesterday (Monday) and Friday. And the snow has finally arrived in my city, and it’s all white, pretty and oh, so cold. But I am not one to complain about it, because I might be looking forward to a white Christmas this year. That if anything get’s me in a Christmas spirit.

Monday: Brunch, friends..good times.

Brunch in the morning, yesterday (Monday). Here sitting with my friends Gabe, M, another girl called L too.  Awesome food was eaten at this American inspired little café. I love it.

So I hang out with my friends for brunch in the morning and we hung out till 12.30 something, then I had to take a quick stop by my house before returning to the city once again to meet up with my other friends.

As you can tell, by the pics, I have had an awesome couple of days lately. I did  not display my whole weekend in pictures though, at saturday I barely took one pic, but I still hang out with friends at the evening after finishing the essay exam for the University. The last exam for this year.
